My comments, observations and questions are as follows:

1. Does MCSN and COSON or any other collective society has enough man power with capacity and to single handedly take charge of the various areas in the administration of Copyright Management?

2. If the first question is no, then why is MCSN and COSON are at each other's throat legally speaking now over the years instead of synergizing to bring about the desired benefits to members and all concerned?

3. If registering more than one collecting society as in other climes in an indication that one collecting society cannot cover the various segments in the administration of Copyright Management, is it not time for us to start having division of labour thereby protecting each others interests in our various collecting societies?

4. In furdrance with the third submission, if for example a backup artiste or an instrumentalists takes parts in another artiste musical project who is not a member of his or her collective society, such folks interest will automatically be protected accross board if only we can work as a team, if not it will amount to loose of legitimate income which is contrary to what the collective societies are meant to server.

Comically, in view of this, while members across board are working together as professionals by partnering each others in their various recording projectss, the leardership are busy fighting each other by going and coming of the court rooms thereby burning money that should have been dovetail to meaningful purposes. LOL.

With these my humble submission which bottom line is synergizing and working as a team, if treated with the attention it deserves, it will go a long way in bringing oneness and more revenue to all concerned.

Yours in Showbiz,

DK Teddy Knorrr.

+2347066160070.

N. B.

I wish there could be a Zoom link to connect with the envisaged meeting taking place today 12th February, 2024 as I only got to read about the news this early morning so even if I should I get an invitation today of the seminar, I will not be able to meet up due to impromptuness and long distance as I stay in Sango Otta for now.

One Love.

TK.

Nigeria does not need any spiritual help anymore. Everything Nigeria needs is no longer in the hands of God but in our hands. Roads are not fixed by spirits. Spirits we're not involved in the selection by INEC. It was not the spirit that wrote election results. To say that Nigeria needs spiritual help is a statement of discharge that is no longer acceptable. I beg your pardon.

Mallam Lamido, you have spoken well. The hardship, insecurity and high cost of living has gone out of hand, you and I know it quite ok. Tinubu said he would start from where his predecessor stopped, did you hear him then? My question is; Where were you when Muhammad Buhari was ruling? When there was protest to "end sars" where were you? Spare us the noise, please.

Things are getting out hand. God has done his part, so why can't we do our own best to compliment God. Nigerian government has failed woefully. Strike may not be the only option now but, we may choose strike as a stronger tool than the other ones.

The heading is very misleading. APPOINTING AN ANAMBRA CLERGY AUXILIARY BISHOP OF ORLU.

The Monsignor is Catholic Priest of Orlu Diocese and was ordained a Priest for Orlu Diocese so where he comes from is insignificant as he has opted to serve as a priest in Orlu Diocese and by that decision has earned to become an Orlu indigene.

May the Holy Spirit guide his services as the Auxiliary Bishop of Orlu.

It is obnoxious for a Bishop to show disregard for the Canons of the church which he, administers on priests under him in his diocese. Femi Falana should leave the portals of the church and go to his dirty arena where he features better and leave the house of God alone. Every Bishop knows what canonical obedience is. He expects it from priests under him and should be able to give it to his superiors in the ministry. Anglican Communion is and remains a well ordered ministry.

We should remember ultimate judgement.

The issue of the suspension of Bishop Olukayode Adebogun is strictly a canon issue for the Church of Nigeria. The Primate and the authority of the General Synod is the only body that can place a suspension on any Bishop after a diligent check from a Committee to review any allegations of wrongful act or misdemeanor against such a Bishop. Such Bishop however, is given ample time to appear and defend himself. If he is found culpable, the General Synod will now wield her big stick in accordance with the Cannon.

There has never been a time the Primate will unilaterally take any action without the authority of the General Synod. So, for Bishop Adebogun to assert that he was not given opportunity to defend himself is the highest lie from the pit of hell.

He has rushed to seek legal leeway as if the Chambers of Falana (SAN) permitted Church of Nigeria to licence and collate him as a Bishop. I am quite astonished to see an ecclesiastical officer of the Church who knows the Canon and it's implications acting in deviant to the order of the General Synod.

I think Bishop Adebogun has an agenda quite inimical to the peaceful ambience the Church of Nigeria has been enjoying over time. Otherwise, he should have subjected himself to the ecclesiastical scrutiny and obey the decision of the General Synod while exploring peaceful avenue as a man of God who preach submissiveness for a constituted authority to his congregation.

I wish Bishop Adebogun should act as ' Bishop Adebogun Olukayode ' by allowing wise counsel of the Church to prevail and not just as Adebogun Olukayode who seeks legal redress.

This is not about salary increase, it about the Soldiers supporting the thus fraudulent government that brought everything at stand still. If the transport fare he was talking about is #10,000 at the same round trip, is going and coming, he will not complain about low salary. Is it not because this insensitive govt. allowed $ to be the stepping stone against our naira?.
