Nobody queries anything. This has been norm since Buhari destroyed the entire system with his nepotistic and ethnoreligious mentally. Who is the president's son and what place does he have in the constitution? This is a shame. Nigeria is gradually becoming a banana Republic where one day you will hear that the president has appointed his son to replace him without an election. It is now for the armed forces to exornorate themselves from this show of shame by conducting a credible and indepth investigation into the legality or otherwise of what happened.

According to the arguments so far,if SHARI'A is established it only concerns the parties involved to agree to taking their cases TO SHARI'A for hearing. Also,if any of judgement emanating from SHARI'A court is not favourable or seen contradicting the NIGERIAN CONSTITUTION such party can appeal the case in other court other than SHARI'A court.
