On water supply, Governor Emmanuel noted that it would be made available to every part of the State and that taps have been turned on in some part of the state capital. He cited Shelter Afrique axis of the State as area where water problem has been solved.

"We would ensure that constant water supply is provided to every part of the State before our 100 days in office, already we have turn on the taps in shelter Afrique axis, so if you leave in that axis and yours is not working, it then means that your pipes are leaking, we are not only providing these but we ensure that hygiene is taken into consideration to make sure we enhance the lives of the people of the State," he said.
