Abia records five new COVID-19 cases

Abia State has recorded five new cases of COVID-19 in the State.

This was disclosed in a press conference on Monday at the governor’s lodge in Aba by the governor of the state, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu.

The governor said that three of the patients of the patients that tested positive came back from Lagos State, while others don’t have any travel history.

He disclosed that the patients have been admitted at the stage isolation center, adding that the health officers in the state have begun contact tracing. (The Nation)
