An Federal High Court sitting in Awka, Anambra State, this evening of Friday, December 13, 2019, restrained security agencies from arresting IPOB's lawyer, Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor, in connection with the recent Oraifite mayhem.
A close friend of Ejiofor told News Express: "The Federal High Court sitting in Awka presided over by Hon. Justice Quadri of court No 2 has just ordered all the security agencies mentioned as Respondents in Ejiofor's fundamental rights suit to maintain status quo in the matter with a warning not to arrest him pending the hearing and determination of the Originating Motion On Notice.
"The order is being enrolled now."
