16 days to 2013 South Africa Cup of Nations: Yobo, Echiejile, Ambrose, Nwankwo hit camp; Mikel, Moses, Igiebor expected tomorrow

At least four foreign-based pros are expected to hit the Super Eagles pre-tournamnet camp in Faro, Portugal, this evening. They are captain Joseph Yobo, Elderson Echiejile of Braga FC, Celtic defender Efe Ambrose and Padova of Italy midfielder Obiora Nwankwo.

Chelsea stars Mikel Obi and Victor Moses as well Real Betis ace Nosa Igiebor are expected to join up on tomorrow.

Information from Portugal has it that the last set of players are expected on Sunday: Villarreal striker Ikechukwu Uche, who featured in the warm-up against Catalonia on Wednesday, Israel-based goalkeeper Austin Ejide and Juwon Oshaniwo.

The Eagles play their last warm-up match against Cape Verde in Portugal on Wednesday, after which Coach Stephen Keshi will name his 23-man squad for the tournament holding Jan. 19 to Feb. 10 in South Africa.
