Deputy Senate Leader, Bala Ibn Na’Allah, representing Kebbi South, has extended his ongoing solar-powered street lighting project across Zuru and Yauri emirate councils to Bajida and Magoro as well as Zuru prison in the council.
The constituency officer to the Senator, Alh Garba Rambo, said work has also resumed on the hospital project in Magoro, following the Senator’s intervention on the abandoned project by the contractor.
Mr. Rambo said more communities will also benefit from ongoing development projects embarked upon by the Deputy Senate Leader beyond the 8th Senate.
He called on benefiting communities to safeguard the projects against vandals.
The ongoing upgrade of the Zuru township stadium, football field and Youth centre has also reached advanced stage of completion.
The Senator had paid an unscheduled inspection of the project on Monday to assess the quality of work and deadline.
He has also presented hospital equipment to Martha Bamaiyi memorial hospital, Zuru, on same day, and assured of more to other hospitals across the senatorial zone.
Sen Na’Allah is among prominent Nigerians, a premier political online newspaper, Politics Today, and the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) recognised as national achievers in various fields on Saturday in Kaduna.
