Ambassador Prince Igho Sadjere has emerged as the candidate of the African Action
Congress (AAC) for the Federal House of Representatives to represent Sapele, Okpe and Uvwie Federal Constituency in Delta State.
Amb. Sadjere who is widely known for his credibility and humanitarian qualities was nominated as the consensus candidate of the party following the step-down of four other aspirants who were earlier vying for the ticket.
In his acceptance speech after the primary election held in Asaba, Delta State, on October 2, 2018, Amb. Sadjere thanked the national working committee of the party as well as the delegates for nominating him. He reassured them that the trust they bestowed on him would not be betrayed.
Amb Sadjere went on to highlight his six key focus areas, which include good governance and development, effective representation, grassroots development, improvement of security and electricity supply in the area as well as effective and modernised education system for youths.
He called on the electorate in the state to come out enmasse and vote for AAC at all levels in the forthcoming 2019 general elections stating that the party has what it takes to revive the economy and ensure the security of lives and properties in Delta and every other state in Nigeria.
