An apex Igbo organisation, Ohanaeze Ndigbo has called on the Federal Government to use the New Year to address critical issues in the country, such as restructuring, hardship and fuel scarcity, among others.
The group, which made the call over the weekend, said that the surface-scratch approach to situations could no longer lead to lasting solutions
In a statement made available to journalists, the President-General of the body, Chief John Nnia Nwodo asked President Buhari to remedy all the shortcomings of his administration by running an all inclusive government.
The Ohanaeze leader also said that the state of the Nation could be better than it was last year and it was the responsibility of President Buhari to put things right.
