A Federal High Court in Lagos has ordered temporary forfeiture of two properties valued at N4.76m and linked to Diezani Alison-Madueke, former Minister of Petroleum.
Justice Mojisola Olatorefun, who presided over the case on Tuesday, ordered that the properties be forfeited to the Federal Government, pending the conclusion of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC)’s investigation into the ownership of the properties believed to be proceeds from crime.
