Nigeria has been drawn in Group D of the 2018 FIFA World Cup finals in Russia alongside Argentina, Iceland and Croatia.

The Super Eagles will face Croatia in their opening match.

Analysts see the draw as favourable for the Super Eagles, who recently defeated Argentina in a top grade friendly match played in Russia.
