President Muhammadu Buhari has sacked two suspended top shots. They are erstwhile Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Mr Babachir David Lawal, and now-former Director-General of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA), Mr Ayodele Oke.

Both men were accused of corruption and investigated by a high-powered panel headed by the Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo.

Their sack was announced via tweets by The Presidency and Presidential Spokesman Femi Adesina.

The tweets also announced that President Buhari has appointed Mr Boss Mustapha as the new SGF.
