The Federal High Court in Lagos has failed to deliver judgment in the N300 million fundamental rights enforcement suit brought against the Nigeria Police Force by a suspected kidnapper, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike also known as Evans.
This follows the claim by the police that the Inspector General of Police and the Nigeria Police Force had not been party to the proceedings and the court could not go ahead with judgment without hearing from both parties.
The Presiding Judge, Justice Abdulaziz Anka adjourned the case till September 5, 2017. (Silverbird TV)
