An advocacy group of past CEOs and Executive Directors of large multinationals led by Dr. Michael Omolayole has honoured Airtel Nigeria Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Segun Ogunsanya.
The group recently held a reception at the exclusive Metropolitan Club, Victoria Island to applaud Ogunsanya’s appointment as Chief Executive of the Nigerian operations of the world’s fourth largest telecommunications company.
Ogunsanya has been in charge at Airtel Nigeria since March 23 this year when he formally took over from erstwhile MD/CEO, Rajan Swaroop, who remains on the company’s Board though now back in his native country, India.
