Ghana opposition strongman receives congratulatory messages following reported presidential election victory

The Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has confirmed receiving congratulatory messages from a number of presidential candidates over his victory in the 2016 polls.

The office of Nana Akufo-Addo confirmed this to Graphic Online.

Those who have sent congratulatory messages include Mr Ivor Kobina Greenstreet of the Convention People's Party (CPP), Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings of the National

Democratic Party (NDP), Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom of the Progressive People's Party (PPP) and the Independent Candidate, Mr Jacob Osei Yeboah.

Nana Akufo-Addo expressed his appreciation and asked for God to bless them all.
