•Ex-Ohanaeze President-General, Nnia Nwodo

Today, one of us, an outstandingly Distinguished Eminent Elder, His Excellency, Chief Dr John Nnia Nwodo, turns 70 years on this planet earth.

A very rare gem, a Lawyer and an Economist, Chief Nnia Nwodo is the immediate past President-General of Ohaneze Ndigbo Worldwide.

He is currently the Secretary-General of the Southern and Middle Belt Forum among other numerous functions.

Chief Nnia Nwodo has served Nigeria meritoriously without any blemish in various and varied capacity including being a two times Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, first in the second Republic at a very tender age in the late 1970s and then much later in the late 1990s.

A trail blazer, Chief Nnia Nwodo, a great man of excellent and godly conscience, a man of immerse capacity and impeccable character, an outstanding orator with a clear vision of the Nigeria of our dreams, was much earlier in life, the President of the Students Union of the great University of Ibadan in the early 1970s, former Secretary of NPN in the old Anambra State (now Enugu, Anambra and Ebonyi States) and former Chairman of a Bank among numerous others.

Kindly join me to felicitate with this great icon, an outstanding son of Africa, Nigeria, Enugu State, Nsukka and Ike Ndigbo Gburugburu as Chief Nnia Nwodo celebrates his three scores plus ten on this terrestrial plain today.

My very beloved, I wish you many happy returns of the day, long life with divine health and diverse breakthroughs even as you age gracefully, in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ!

Receive 70 Thunderous Gbosas!
