Mr. Ogunsanya further noted that the company’s rich portfolio of products and services have their roots in the tradition of the parent company, Bharti Airtel, which always strives to establish its rich culture of service in diverse markets where it operates.

“The Nigerian telecoms landscape is wearing a new look today because of the innovative and transformational product and service initiatives we introduced into the market. Our commitment to you is very clear: to stay competitive in a fast-changing telecommunications world and to keep you ahead in terms of service delivery that makes good business, social and economic sense. In doing this, we must bring to bear our skills in adapting to change and our ability to innovate,” he said.

Mr. Nwokoro stated that telecoms consumers in Nigeria had a lot to gain by being on Airtel network as the company had committed enormous resources on capacity and infrastructural building, to ensure delightful telecoms experience to customers at all times.

The Airtel corporate customers’ forum provided the company a platform to engage with its customers from the public and organised private sectors in Abuja and environs.

The company also used the platform to acknowledge and appreciate customer loyalty to the brand by providing them with gifts that included top-of-range smart phones and other exotic items.
