The Nigerian Senate this afternoon unanimously approved 15 Special Advisers for President Muhammadu Buhari.
The approval followed a request by President Buhari in a letter to the Senate, which was read on the floor of the Upper Chamber by Senate President David Mark.
Buhari had in the letter said that the appointments will enable him to do his work as the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Nigerian Armed Forces.
He, however, did not give the names of the proposed Special Advisers.
