To whom much is given, much is expected. I keep asking as it concerns the youth of Anambra State: Are we progressing or retrogressing? Indeed, a lot needs to be done for the betterment of youths in the state.

I want to crave your indulgence, Your Excellency, Mr. Peter Obi, on the stewardship of the Commissioner for Youths and Sports, Anambra State, Hon. Edozie Aro. This man is a total and a complete failure in your administration. Since he assumed office as a commissioner, he has no ideas, no blueprint or work plan to improve the lot of the youths of Anambra State. He only manages to carry out some of the existing programmes of the state government without adding any ingredients to better the lot of the youths.

Your Excellency, I don’t want to say that you have not tried in the area of the youths in Anambra State but Hon. Edozie Aro has painted your efforts CORE BLACK in that ministry. Something needs to be done now before it is too late. I humbly want to charge the good minds of Anambra State youths to resist Edozie Aro from any further unwarranted move or act against the interests of youths of the state. It is detrimental to the future of the youths.

I want it to be clear that it is the right of the youths of the state to nominate who will be their commissioner – not giving it to somebody who doesn’t want the youths to progress in any way. Let us join hands and reclaim what belongs to us. Ministry of Youth and Sports is very important in every government. If youths are abandoned, we all know what it will result to... We want the betterment of the lot of our youths in Anambra State. God bless us as we fight evil and corruption.
