•Petroleum Minister of State, Dr Ibe Kachikwu
The Federal Government has directed the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Dr Ibe Kachikwu to end the fuel queues in the country by the end of this week.
The directive was issued on Wednesday during the Federal Executive Council which held inside the Council Chamber of the Presidential Villa in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital.
Information and Culture Minister, Alhaji Lai Mohammed briefed State House correspondents after the meeting presided over by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, in the absence of President Muhammadu Buhari who was on a working visit to Kano State.
He said Kachikwu, who was meant to give a briefing on the outcome of the meeting, was attending another crucial meeting to end the long fuel queues witnessed across the country
