The nation’s biggest brewer, Nigerian Breweries Plc, is organising a day’s beer and health symposium on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 in Lagos.

The symposium with the theme, ‘Beer and Lifestyle’ will focus mainly on telling the story of beer in relation to its health and nutritional properties.

The first edition took place last year November and one of the most memorable instructions of the day, which was emphasised by everyone of the speakers at the event, was that moderation is key, while excessive consumption and abuse of beer should be avoided.
